Effective September 28, 2026. These website terms cover information and pilot inquiries. App pilots and paid services require separate written terms.
These terms cover use of the pilotcall.ai website and its inquiry form. The PilotCall desktop application is still in development and is not generally available. Viewing this website or sending an inquiry does not create an app subscription, paid pilot, or license.
A future pilot, account, or paid service requires separately accepted written terms covering scope, fees, data handling, and responsibilities.
You may use the website to learn about PilotCall and contact us for a possible pilot. Do not interfere with the website, seek unauthorized access, submit spam, or send unlawful material.
Do not put customer recordings, call transcripts, or sensitive customer data in the public inquiry form.
Demos, feature descriptions, example workflows, and prices describe the proposed product and pilot path. They are not a promise that any feature or subscription is currently available or that an inquiry will be accepted.
Any actual pilot scope, subscription price, renewal, cancellation, or usage allowance must be stated in the separately accepted offer or agreement before a charge or live-data use.
No live customer-call use is authorized by these website terms. Before any such pilot, the parties must agree on required participant notice and consent, permitted call data, processors, access, retention, deletion, and operational controls.
Call interception, monitoring, recording, and transcription laws can vary by location. Each pilot agreement must allocate these responsibilities based on the actual workflow; website language alone cannot establish compliance.
Website content, design, and demos belong to PilotCall or their respective owners. You may not reuse them commercially without permission.
The Privacy Notice explains how the website handles inquiry and optional analytics data. A future app pilot needs separate data-processing and security terms before customer data is used.
The website is provided as available. We may change or interrupt it. Links to other websites and services are governed by those providers' own terms and policies.
Website examples are illustrative and may not reflect a finished application. We do not promise uninterrupted website access or particular business outcomes from the information shown. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
