How PilotCall handles contact form details, call transcript data during approved pilots, consent review, retention settings, and privacy requests.

Information we collect

When you contact PilotCall, we may collect your name, work email, company, target workflow, current call or data stack, team size, pilot goals, success criteria, and any consent, privacy, or retention constraints you provide.

How we use it

PilotCall uses contact details to evaluate fit, respond to your request, review integration requirements, and define any needed consent or transcript-retention steps before live customer-call use.

Privacy commitments

  1. No sale of contact information: PilotCall does not sell contact form details or use them for unrelated advertising.
  2. Limited sharing: Contact details are routed to the PilotCall business inbox or an approved lead destination. Operational service providers may process the information only as needed to deliver, secure, or manage the request.
  3. Live-call use requires approval: Caller consent language, transcript handling, access controls, and retention windows are reviewed before customer calls are used.
  4. Retention is scoped: Pilot intake records are kept only as long as needed to evaluate the request, manage the business relationship, support a pilot, or satisfy legal and security obligations.
  5. Test data first where possible: Early technical reviews should use sample or approved test data before production systems or live call data are connected.
  6. Privacy requests: To request access, correction, or deletion of contact form information, email info@pilotcall.ai.
