Pricing FAQ

Straight answers on cost.

How much does PilotCall cost?

Solo is $149 per seat per month with 1,500 live-call minutes and one active playbook. Team is $249 per seat per month with 3,000 minutes per seat and unlimited playbooks. Enterprise pricing is custom and scoped by call type, retention policy, and rollout requirements.

Is there a free trial?

No. PilotCall launches with scoped paid pilots because live call guidance, consent, and retention settings should be configured and reviewed before a team uses it with prospects or customers.

What happens if we run over our minutes?

Overages get a soft review conversation before any hard stop. The metering exists to keep plans honest, not to surprise teams mid-pilot.

Do we have to switch dialers to use PilotCall?

No. PilotCall installs as a Windows desktop app and runs beside Zoom, Teams, Meet, softphones, and existing call stacks. Pricing never depends on migrating your calling software.
